Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Estimator to join our team in Irvine, California, with a salary range of $120K-$150K.

Responsibilites include:

• Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to accurately estimate material and labor costs.
  
• Prepare detailed and competitive bid proposals within deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather quotes and ensure accurate estimates.
  
• Analyze project scope changes and update estimates accordingly.
  
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
  

Skills needed:

• Strong understanding of drywall materials, systems, and installation methods.
  
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
  
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
