We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Rock Bottom Rest and Brewery in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assisting in inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent guest service
