We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety at our self-storage facilities in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing common areas, hallways, and office spaces
  
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed
  
• Ensuring grounds are tidy and free of debris
  
• Monitoring facility cleanliness standards and reporting issues
