We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our executive team in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling correspondence and preparing reports and presentations
  • Overseeing daily office operations, including supply management and vendor relations
  • Assisting with event planning and company initiatives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional administrative support
