Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead/Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Rohnert Park, CA.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
  
• Implementing developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills
  
• Collaborating with team members to plan and execute daily routines and curriculum
  
• Monitoring and documenting children’s progress and behavior
  
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about children’s growth and needs
  
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety regulations
