We are seeking an Integrated Construction Coordinator II in Indianapolis, Indiana, to manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation.
- Monitoring construction activities for quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Resolving project issues promptly and facilitating effective communication among all parties.
- Conducting site inspections and preparing progress reports.
