We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator for Heavy Civil Construction projects located in Independence, Missouri.

Responsibilities include analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and developing competitive bids.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine cost factors.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals on time.
• Monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in negotiations and contract award processes.
