We are seeking a dedicated Multifamily Superintendent in Bellevue, WA to oversee the construction and delivery of residential apartment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes. Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards throughout construction phases. Resolve issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project integrity. Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting. Skills Needed: Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schedules.
