Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing accurate detailed cost estimates for various construction projects from blueprints and specifications.
• Conducting site visits and analyzing project requirements to determine scope and materials needed.
• Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather bids and ensure competitive pricing.
• Reviewing contracts, change orders, and project documents to maintain cost control.
• Assisting in bid presentations and negotiations to secure project awards.
