Paint Estimator – Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paint Estimator to join our team in Denton, Texas, with a salary range of $100K-$125K.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial painting projects based on client specifications and site assessments.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work and materials needed.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to gather necessary information and ensure estimates are comprehensive.
• Provide timely proposals and follow up to secure project approvals.
• Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed to reflect changes or additional work.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and industry standards.
