Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer-Install to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will assist with the installation of landscaping projects, including planting, sod installation, mulching, and hardscape setup.

  • Assist with the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, mulch, stone, and pavers.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure quality work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope.
  • Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

    • Required skills include a strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and good teamwork. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials are essential.
