Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinating communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Tracking project schedules, budgets, and progress to support timely completion.
  • Assisting with procurement, permit processes, and quality control measures.
  • Providing administrative support to project managers and field teams.
  • Required skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical or mechanical construction processes is a plus.
