We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.
Responsibilities include:
Managing project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinating communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Tracking project schedules, budgets, and progress to support timely completion.
Assisting with procurement, permit processes, and quality control measures.
Providing administrative support to project managers and field teams.
Required skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of electrical or mechanical construction processes is a plus.
