We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team in Oakland, Tennessee.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Supporting skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear at all times.
• Operating basic construction tools and equipment as directed.
• Helping with the setup and teardown of construction sites.
