We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent for Commercial Construction projects based in Chandler, Arizona.
Oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Supervise field personnel, enforce safety protocols, and maintain a safe job site at all times.
Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Monitor quality control, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, progress reports, and safety records.
