We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team in Bartlett, Tennessee. In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
Responsibilities include:
Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity take-offs and material/labor cost analyses
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather quotes
Develop comprehensive bid proposals and budgets
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Maintain detailed records of estimates and bid outcomesSkills needed:
