Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Avon, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Assist with stock counts and cycle counts as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic math skills for inventory management
