Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects in Kansas City, Missouri.

In this role, you will
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
