We are seeking a dedicated Stormwater Maintenance Worker in Kennesaw, Georgia, to support the city’s stormwater management efforts.
Responsibilities include:
Inspecting and maintaining stormwater drainage systems, inlets, and outlets to ensure proper operation. Clearing debris, sediment, and blockages from pipes, culverts, and detention basins. Performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on stormwater infrastructure. Operating equipment such as small trucks, Vactors, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Documenting work activities and reporting issues for maintenance planning. Skills needed: Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools. Good communication and teamwork skills.
