*Job Summary*
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Locum Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health, including reviewing medical histories and performing clinical assessments.
* Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
* Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care to promote long-term dental health.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.

*Experience*
* A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
* Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified dentists.
* Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is essential for effective diagnosis and treatment.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health is necessary to perform procedures accurately.
* Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £550.00 per day

Expected hours: 7 – 21 per week
