We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Construction Superintendent – Hospitality to oversee large-scale hospitality projects in Falls Church, Virginia.
Responsibilities include:
Managing daily onsite construction activities to ensure project adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and adjusting plans as needed.
Reviewing plans, specifications, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
Leading and motivating onsite teams to achieve project milestones.
