Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all construction operations within the designated area to ensure project milestones are met on time, within scope, and budget.
- Managing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and project teams to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project flow.
- Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
