*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
* Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
* Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
*Experience*
* A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified dentists.
* Would prefer experience in Invisalign and composite bonding for one of the positions.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and dental procedures is essential.
* Familiarity with medical imaging technologies and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
