Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in Arlington, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects.
• Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing and ensure competitive bids.
• Analyzing labor, material, and equipment costs to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Assisting in bid preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Tracking and updating estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
