We are seeking a dedicated Welder Helper to join our team in Lakeville, Minnesota. In this role, you will assist welders with preparation, setup, and cleanup of welding projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist welders with material handling, positioning, and securing components.
• Prepare tools and equipment required for welding tasks.
• Support in cleaning and maintaining welding areas and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect materials and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Learn and adhere to welding procedures and specifications.
