As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and costs.

Key duties include:

• Reviewing project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive cost estimates
• Collaborating with project teams to gather required data and clarify project details
• Preparing detailed bid proposals and submissions
• Conducting market research to ensure competitive pricing
• Monitoring and updating estimates throughout project lifecycle
