Senior Construction Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, analyzing project plans and specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and bid proposals
• Identify and quantify project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements

Skills Needed:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
