Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team in Olympia, Washington.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and public works projects
• Analyzing project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine scope of work
• Soliciting and reviewing bids from subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborating with project managers to develop budgets and timelines
• Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and constraints
• Ensuring estimates comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Skills needed:

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
