Our office of operations is located in Saratoga County in Schuylerville New York. We are proud to be a part of the Saratoga County and the Albany C apital District community and the surrounding areas that we serve, which includes near by western Massachusetts and Vermont communities that border New York. H2O Express is small enough to take special care with every load of water, but large enough to have multiple trucks on large jobs. We pride ourselves on personalized service and we take customer satisfaction seriously. H2O Express was established as a swimming pool water and bulk water delivery service in 2008. But even before Dale Cox started his company he acquired valuable experience in the field working with a former area bulk water company. Now the entire Cox family plays a part in the water business.
